My name is Michael Ivanitskiy, and Iโ€™m a first year (as of March 2022) PhD student in Applied Mathematics. Iโ€™ve previously worked on projects in game theory, computational neuroscience, and machine learning. My current research focus is on using ideas from the study of sleep to improve robustness and value alignment in reinforcement learning. For more, see here.
