Working with Eleni Gourgou and Victoria Booth, I built upon a system for exploring hypotheses about learning and memory in C. elegans. This model sits somewhere between point worm models and the very detailed openworm project. This work is based off the work of Eduardo Izquierdo and can be found on github.
